Mahaliy Lebanese Feast is our FOOD Week celebration showcasing some of our favourite producers.
Our monthly pop-up restaurant night at Orange's premiere event space will be bigger and more spectacular than ever this FOOD Week. Featuring a lavish, four-course, shared-style feast, showcasing local produce and inspired by the Lebanese culture and cuisine. Union Bank executive chef Dom Aboud will guide you through the meal.
Shining a spotlight on local producers, we are excited to collaborate with Tilda Chianina to prepare an exciting menu featuring their incredible, locally grown Chianina beef.

We’re turning up the flavour (and the fun!) with a Yum Cha–inspired feast set against our panoramic garden views. Think Banksia’s playful take on all the classics — golden prawn toast, delicate dumplings and a parade of share-style delights — reimagined with premium local produce and plenty of flair.
Leading the charge is our Executive Chef, Dom Aboud, and his talented culinary team, serving up a sumptuous selection designed to surprise and delight. It’s refined, it’s generous, and it’s made for lingering.
On arrival, enjoy a glass of Banksia bubbles before moving on to a delicious line-up of cocktails and locally crafted wines. Sip, savour and settle in — this is a lunch designed for languishing.
